There's a lot of different version of the 120w and 240w boards. I'm running at 36x20x63 tent. Should I go with the 240w? Looking at the alibaba lights, which 240w is the best bang for the buck? Or will heat be an issue and I should just go with the 120w?

You might want to look into your lighting because you got some significant stretch going on early.

You got probably 3-4 weeks left. If you want something to bring with you, go buy some. Why waste the effort?

I'm pretty new to it, but you might be too late. LST should be done before flower. Light burn happens when the flower is too close to the light and you can end up destroying the bud there.

Lots of stretch on that, you're gonna end up with some burn most likely unless you can do some serious training. Question, how do you find that tent to be otherwise?
