    that vipar is using 300 real watts, I hacked my Mars 300 that gets 200,000+lux at 8inches and 2000 par at 17 inches. My light is 24 inches from plant, and that is 1300 par, 60,000 lux 125 watts

    man, all he is asking is what the lux reading is of a cob. regardless if its useless or not, it still measure light. and a good baseline for people that have only lux meters and not $500 PAR meters.

    Thanks for the Info Bob. But no, Im not using it tho. The light Im talking about above is my Mars300w that I changed the diodes in to 4000k and a few Fullspectrum diodes too, and put 60degree lenses on. Id love to have 4 of these things,lol..
