I agree, looks like they're not getting the light they need, what kind of florescent light?, it should be a T5 lamp for the proper spectrum, what kind of soil is that? it may be too hot for seedlings.

Looks like your system is DWC, if I'm right my personal opinion is that DWC is not and easy system, to me there are too many problems, Your best bet is using a medium like rockwool grow cubes or hydroton pebbles, in pots or some kind of tray, I think you'll have a better chance at growing hydro...

I agree, need more info, what's your medium,, system, ebb and flo, dwc, what lights, how often do you feed, what's your ferts? .etc.

I've been using the 62% humid packs for some time now, I use the small ones in a standard mason jar, love them, have some curing now for more than 5 months and still my herbs smell and smoke great, I highly recomend them.

I agree with bigsteve, you should of veged it for at least two weeks before flowering, giving it time to recuperate, also as indoor sun king said, pics would help.

Would help to know what lights you're using but I'd say your babies weren't getting enough light, that's why they are tall and lanky, also you should have a small fan "jiggling" the plant to help strengthen the stem, you may be able to save the seedling but prop it up strait.

You're not giving us enough info, is it AC or DC? take a picture of the label so we can see it, I can see 64 but that's all, my guess from the color of the wires I'd say may be DC, in that case it may be 12VDC, but that's just a guess without more info.
