Im no expert but "the rev" from skunk magazine has a tlo book out and he says that the hps doesnt allow the plants to absorb/use nutrients as effeciently as the blue mh. He does say that the hps will make the buds more dense but that the blue mh creates more trics and makes a better quality bud...
