Galaxy Hydro 300w 2X2ft. LED Grow (154 actual watts)

Thanks, glad you asked because I just took a picture of the carbon filter to post. I have a cheap inline duct fan (6") with an activated carbon filter sheet folded up on itself to create an air pocket attached as a scrubber. It's not the best odor control (you can smell them when the...

JRock, No worries, I can get a pretty good idea based on the photos. Glad to hear that you have had the light at 20cm. I was worried that I might have it too close as I've run out of vertical space in my tent and the plants are still stretching, but it looks like you had did very well at that...

Galaxy Hydro 300w 2X2ft. LED Grow (154 actual watts)

As of now the only problems I have encountered have appeared to be very minor N deficiency (some yellowing fan leaves near the bottom of the plant and lighter green new growth) and some magnesium or possibly Calcium deficiency (this manifested in a few brown/yellow spots on fan leaves). I also...

Galaxy Hydro 300w 2X2ft. LED Grow (154 actual watts)

May 9: they are starting to become a lighter green than before on the new growth. Thinking this is a result of them growing into their fertilizer regimen and using more Nitrogen than before. HOPING it isn't minor LED light bleaching

Also, how far away from the tops of the plant did you keep the 300w Galaxy on your last grow? I'm wondering if I should be worried about light bleaching on mine

Hey JRock, Looks like a minor nitrogen deficiency to me. What kind of fertilizer are you using? Looking forward to seeing the results. I'm growing with a galaxy hydro 300w right now and i'm liking the results so far at 2/3 weeks into flower. What sort of yield did you get off of it last time...

Galaxy Hydro 300w 2X2ft. LED Grow (154 actual watts)

Hi all, I am a somewhat newbie grower doing my first LED grow. I have grown twice before with between 250 and 350w of CFL’s, but those grows were very low budget and poorly controlled in an unventilated closet. Not Took in something like 25 and 40 grams off of some unhealthy, heat stressed...
