Have gotten the rest of my seeds about a week ago. I'm going to start a few seeds tonight in solo cups with some nice organic soil I picked up from my local garden shop. I might start 4 or 5 tonight I'm not completely sure yet but I'm finally glad to be finally getting the ball rolling here.

I have 6cu ft of Fox Farms Ocean Forest mix on the way cheap! And I picked up this soil a little bit ago from my local garden store. This soil seems promising. It was 6.99 plus tax each bag contains 1cu ft. I hiked a 2 miles carrying 2cu ft of soil lol

I'd recommend to keep the light at least 6 inches away from your canopy. OR what you can do is keep your hand at the very top of your canopy for a minute or two and let your hand gauge the temperature of the light and adjust it accordingly.
