Looking good so far dude. You can definately take clones at 4 weeks, at least 2 clones per plant i would say and thats giving you a low estimate, lol As for blooming with CFL's i really don't know much on that or much about CFL's. I only use them for veeggetation and then they go under my HPS...

Sounds like you guys have some serious problems in getting your seeds by post. Thats cray im in the UK and wen i order seeds from holland from Greenhouse or Dutch Passion and my seeds arrive within 4 days.. I'm feeling sorry for you now guys...
