New Update it turned out to be very acidic soil around 5.0 and bellow, i am still fighting to keep the pH up in my soil but she has come a long way for the crap she went through!!!

well it is officially working i can tell my buds are starting to swell and even my out door flowers are growing like crazy you can tell by all the native grass around them are abnormally jumbo size lol Here's a couple pic's of her:

Thats gonna be a nice bushy plant get some molasses in that soil man she will be bloomin in no time! you might have to come up with something to get lights on her sides for the lower parts of the bush that dont get much light though!

i would say you are better off adding it right away because it actually takes awhile to increase the pH and be careful you dont get mold on your soil from it being to wet you should let it dry out in between watering
