Ya johnny there is a lil loss of airflow but i couldnt find a second mesh pencil holder so i improvised with a small plastic cup and drilled a bunch of holes in it. next time im gonna drill mad holes. I did the Walmart EZ DIY carbon filter from ZEN on here. it does work absolutely fucken perfect...

oh and a lower number of K like 2700K is whats ideal for budding and a higher number like 6500K is great for veging, but a mixture of them is great as long as you keep a ratio in favor of what stage your in.

Ya man that is the only thing i can think of would be to go with a bigger pot. My smaller plant is acting like yours and is sittin at like 4 inches and not stretching- the older one ( by two weeks) was 9 1/2 iches last night so hopefully by friday i can switch the lights :) :) :) .
