PS called my dispensary (MOCA in Chicago) they are aware of card issue and know about these letters going out, said just bring it with me. They also said no issues coming in up to closing time even if I'm a bew patient.

I think you will see that "you already have a license" message on your online account (1) immediately if you did an online app, or (2) after IDPH inputs your paper app into the system. I know I saw that message right after I did my online app. Maybe YMMV? Just means you are in the system, not...
