The 400 watt is a good choice...but you are going to have height issues as your ladies grow. Depending on the height of your grow (soil, hydro, etc.) and the height of the light and exhaust, you will have to make sure to grow shorter strains. Autoflowers and shorter indicas will work better...

If you have limited vertical space, go with Blue Cheese (grows to 50-cm). If you have lots of height space, go with Alaskan Ice which stretches more than White Widow (a plant that loves to grow 3-4 feet, if you let it!). Any way you toss it up, all are good picks!
