Yep! Light proof you res. and root zone. Also, if you are to use 35% h202 i suggest you to start half strengh so at 5ml per gallon. Than a week later go full strenght wich is 5ml per 10L of water. Hygrozyme isnt a good idea in hydroponic system.

If you can afford a Eye Hortilux bulb i'd go for it. I have one Eye Hortilux and one Sylvania and i can tell you the Eye bulb has a nicer blue'ish spectrum and looks brighter by the eye.

If you had few grow under ur belt u'd know that spraying water on the mature bud is not a good idea at all, will promote mold groth. Foilar feed is a good idea.

You can run both trays on the same reservoir with different watering cycle.

The thing you need to consider is when the table is full of plants or medium than space is filled and than need less water to fully fill the table. An empty 4x8 table would need about 60-70 gal of water to be full while the same table with 72 6 inches pots will only require 40-50 gal of water...

Pictures would be helpfull. I would say water change the whole system. And flush the plants. Keep the water temp above 70F.

Sorry but i think you missunderstood. An IN-LINE(Vortex, canfan...) 400cfm fan is certainly more powerfull than any other 400cfm fan. Even a U in a 5ft duct is not going to reduce the flow, 5ft is just not enough ducting to rush a 400cfm in-line fan.

All depends on the type of the fan first of all! A vortex (in-line) fan have much more power than most other fans and i don't think 5 foot of ducting would affect a 400cfm fan at all.

Yeah your ventilation is more than good enough. I suggest you to buy insulated ducting to solve your problem. Happy growing.
