Yea i suggest you turn off the light until you see they have sprout, it's kind of a waste of energy. 2700k is right for flowering stage 6000k+ is the vegetative stage. having 2700k(orange) in veg might slower their growth compared to 6000k+(blue)

so, they haven't sprouted yet? at seed stage they like complete darkness. These lamps look like thay are 2700 Kelvin by the orange glow. You should use 6000k+ CFLs

In the second picture, i think i see white hairs. If you can take a close-up on the top part, do it. It may not be a male, but a hermie, in wich case you can just pull the pollen sacks off and let the female parts develop. Edit, it's definately a hermie. Just cut the balls off.
