Its not the soil I am concerned about its the fertilizer I should use I already have a great soil mix

ok this is my plant some roots are showing at the bottom of the container I was going to use iguana juice for now 3 1 3 is this good? and maybe get some rooting hormone like tarantula and liquid carbo load Also is this size good for the age of the seedling?

hey guys my seedlings are about to go in the veg stage of growth what is the best NPK to give them I have Iguana grow but ist only 3 1 3 any help will be much appriciated also when is best to transplant them into bigger containers?
