    Speaking for myself, it does not take überdoses to get me where I want to be. Any more than that has quickly diminishing returns. We've seen those people who will burn down one after another, but in my experience it almost becomes counter-productive at a point.

    I have not heard that. Indications are that the House may vote Tuesday, but it could very well be into the new year before the bills go through the entire process and are signed by the Governor. It's the nature of the beast.
