Making a living as a caregiver

Put that together with section 8, and shazzam! I mean, how many patients can a caregiver have under the AD?

Making a living as a caregiver

um. The Supreme Court in McQueen overturned the COA decision that sales are not included in the definition of transfer, and clearly stated that they are, with the caveat that it must be between a patient and their caregiver.

Making a living as a caregiver

What is the conventional wisdom here regarding the use of section 8 provisions to engage in sales with patients who are not connected to a caregiver through the registry?

    National Patients' Rights Association

You are right that I do not like the way that Cain, to my mind, caused harm. At best he put on a silly show. I did not look in here to cause trouble. A registered member for a while, this has not been a place that I believe has what I want. Be that as it may, it does offer a lot. The word is...

    National Patients' Rights Association

Thanks for the heads up. For what it's worth, I have never laid eyes on Dr. Bob Townsend.

    National Patients' Rights Association

Long on speculation. Short on facts. You can keep it. I have a correction to make. Cain is involved with the NMMC, rather than the NPRA. Forgive me for equating the two. Hey Joe.

How much protection do you think the new rulings give us?

Cannabando (kn--bnd) n. pl. cannabandos or cannabandoes 1. An elite resident of the State of Michigan who qualifies to use cannabis for medically necessary purposes, but declines the protections afforded in §4 of The Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, and instead enjoys the sparser...

    Good News.. I swear!!

The ruling reinforces the new class of protected individuals: Cannabando (kn--bnd) n. pl. cannabandos or cannabandoes 1. An elite resident of the State of Michigan who qualifies to use cannabis for medically necessary purposes, but declines the protections afforded in §4 of The Michigan...

    Michigan MMJ

    mmma down???

Rather than take it from me, go there and look around. As long as you are okay with blood sacrifice on a moonlit meadow you should really like it.

Then that would work bliss. There is no good reason to move forward with dispensary legislation.

    mmma down???

medcnman is just another idiot who trashes people without reason. Until and unless a dispensary can conduct its business and remain compliant with possession limits they are unworkable. If there is a way to accomplish that I am listening. And regarding the Compassionate Apothecary model, I...

    mmma down???

My personal take is that p2p xfers are allowed under section 4(a), to include transfers to and from any patient to or from any other. Caregivers who do not enjoy patient status are prohibited from xferring to anyone except those patients who designate them as primary. If they are...

    mmma down???

"...Rep. Mike Callton (517-373-0842) is drafting up a bill that would make it illegal for a patient that does not grow their own meds, or that doesnt have a caregiver to grow their meds for them, to get their medication from anywhere other than a dispensary. What does this mean? MONEY...

    mmma down???

Imagine. Mods that take part in trashing members of the community not having to fess up because they only had their heads up their cult leader's ass. We are all responsible for our choices. Or are we not?

All 4 bills passed the House Judiciary Committee!

What they do not say is that they have inserted language that prohibits the right of patients to engage in all aspects of medical use, to include transfer. The new language permits transfers only between a registered patient and their designated caregiver. That was not the intent of the electorate.
