Really I'm not sure about fly overs, I only know what ive heard, and we all know how accurate hear-say is. I have always thought that the fly overs look for high heat spots and high concentrations of IR radiation. So as far as hot spots go, the LED isnt producing one.

They produce no heat really. The lights are cool to the touch and any heat that they do produce is already taken care of seeing as there are about 8 fans built into the LED light constantly cooling it, but the exhaust from these fans is cool as well. My reservoir really shows the difference...
