Well, I finally did my first bubble extract... Question is this, is there anything worthwhile in the less than 25 micron screens? I saved the final waters and I'm guessing there is more in there but is it worth it to get some pyrex pans, try to evaporate the water and get even finer particles...

The GE system, with proper pressure, will make about 2-2.25 gallons at a shot... If you are getting that, then your system is working just fine... If not, get a larger storage tank to handle the water flow/storage... By nature all RO systems waste water - you arent gonna find one that doesnt.

I just bought a set from bubblebagdude on ebay... Got the 5 bag set for like $25.... I have heard good things about BBdude and his bags seem good quality but I haven't used them yet.

I don't know what equipment he got for $100 but I'm pretty sure 1000 HPS cost more than that... Maybe he has cathedral ceilings to host that 8 ft + monster... This can all be settled by posting pre-chop photos... Find it hard to believe he wouldn't have taken any... But yeah, I'm doubtful :/
