yup, over watering sounds like the problem...leavem b theywill do their thing checkem every few days. ur plants are small u dnt have topump them full of everything you can find on the shelf. Also for the waterproblem if you really do have too much Cl in your tap it can be eliminated withvitamin...- ty332009
