Yes you can WC. With your coco pots use 5ml/gal with perlite use 1ml/gal.

Yellowing leaves at the top are a sign of a micro nute def. I'd try a little cal/mag. If you have a cal def, then the plant can't uptake N. as Nizza said feed with a grow nute and add 5ml/gal of cal-mag. If this is the problem it will look better in a day.

The secret to limiting stretch in seedlings is, low wattage bulbs really close. I'll post a photo a little later, got some fresh pops.
