It could Use alot more vegging and perhaps ALOT morel llight. It looks like its leaf production is minimal . check your light spectrums on your bulbs and lumen out put. 6500k for veg 2700k for flowering. They are showing preflowers alredy and you may have been vegging them too long just with...
