Little guru, life is unpredictable and shit happens. Suck it up and start a fresh . I've had problems with bcbd on 2 different strains, I will contact them as I know it's a problem that many people have been through.

I think u r asking a little too much, if u don't like their methods go elsewhere, I have always received products undamaged unless you wish to pay xtra for your specific type of packaging.
