how long does it usually take before i put them in jars?

i got two plants the top of one was without a doubt done so i cut the cola and like 2 lower nugs, the rest all the hairs are still white, and my second plant the pistils dont seem to be changing orange at all, the buds just keep growing which is awesome!

Ok so I know for sure the cola of my one plant is ready and some nugs underneath, but the lower buds are deff. Not ready and still more developing, can I cut the cola and lower buds and have the plant still produce more and mature the other nugs? Or will the plant just die?

i just watered them today and only poured it in the soil, and yes they are in the same pot, thats how i bought them i didnt wanna transfer them cause idk how to do it, should i?

Sounds awesome ill just get a lot of air wick lol, so you go straight from hanging to jars? I tthought you were supposed to put them in paper bags for a lil while as well, and once there in jars you take them out and move them around about every 12 hours right?

I bought these two plants about 3 weeks ago from one of my friends I had fluorescent lights on them at first till I read that's a no no during flowering so I went out and bought a 150W HPS light and a reflective sheet from my local hydro store. How much longer till there done? :-D
