Ottawa sorry about the spots on the babies. They'll grow out of it! Instead of nute lockout do you think it was caused by the cool temps? I got my beans today and placed my order for tent, light and fans. Hope you help me out on my grow journal!

Ottawa what kind of fan are you using? That's kind of the last piece of the puzzle for me. They vary from $30 to hundreds, I want to get the right one.

Nice setup. I looked locally for used stuff but either nobody is selling or the stuff I see on CL is new pricing. So, I am hitting a couple of hydroponics stores and getting it new next week! I'm super excited. Right after Christmas I am planting, my first grow will be some Barney's Farm LSD...

Looking good! I'll be checking this thread often. I am ordering my DR90II this week and also an air-cooled light. I'll probably set it up pretty close to yours. I'll be about a month behind you. How come you went with MH vs HPS? Are you using a digital or magnetic ballast?

Thanks for the welcome! The garage is not A/C but this time of year is pretty cool so I figured I would be OK. I can also rig something up if temps are too hot. I see I can get a small portable AC unit for less than $300. My thought is if I start now I can "beat the heat." :)

Hi all, newbie here. I live in South FL close to Ft Lauderdale. Going to start my first grow in a couple of weeks. I am going to use a Secret Jardin DR60 since all I need is a couple of plants. Undecided on lighting but may go with a 400 if that's not too big. I'll do a fan or two as well...
