Also, look what arrived!!! I'm still using the temporary light set up until I get my other lights from Amazon. One of the seedlings started to sprout but after I moistened the soil it blended in with the raised crack so I couldn't get a good pic. I have to wait until she is coming out a bit...

Very informative Kushhound, lol. In other news, I purchased a pH reader along with a humidity reader. They are both digital readers and don't work. I have to return them to Home Depot tomorrow. They stay stuck at their default readings and don't change. Moisture was at 0.0 and pH was at 7.0...

Me too bro! lol Now I am little nervous about the way we water the plants because I have read other sites saying that it's optimal to obtain a 30% run-off. I don't water each one of them THAT much but when they do seem dry I probably spritz water in each peat pot about 10 - 15 times.

That's exactly what I thought, it's okay, I guess. I just wanted to make sure my soil was good and moist with no standing water and that the temp is right where it's supposed to be. I put a heating pad under my set up this morning because we had a cold night... which means they had a cold night...

Alright, been checking on my babies frequently. Noticed today that the soil was a bit dry so I touched it up a little to get a little moist. Still haven't seen any sprouters, I am assuming that I may have planted them to deep? I hope not. I think it just means I would have to wait a little bit...

Well no one really uses AIM anymore but I go on Trillian and use my AIM account. The only people I really see on AIM anymore are the people who used to use it in high school so it's very low key now. Also, you can click on the AIM link to the left.

Maybe you and I can create something if you are down? Mash out knowledge together and make a wicked newbie go-by document. I think it would be sick.

I raised the peat pots to about 4 inches away from the light. Is this a bad idea or should I run with it? Edit: Measurements were off, they were 2 inches away from the light. I got a bit skived out by them being so close that I put them back into their original positions which is closer to 4...

Good morning, mid-day, to you Cloud. Well, they don't seem to be doing much, lol but this is how they look this morning: I know you stated that I don't need the dome but these guys will only be there for another day or two or three. As soon as I get my tent and lights from Amazon it's on!!!
