follow what Trueno says. I used timers and flooded for 15 minutes every 2 hours.. It was very easy and worked great. I have since moved on to an aero set up and ditched that in favor of a BC Bloombox

yes it will work just fine. I have grown using just hydroton in an ebb & flow

get rid of brown roots first. I don't think it is too late for beneficials. If you change your rez and sterilize it then add the beneficials your babies will come back but they will be slow growin for a few weeks

have to get rid of the infected roots first then treat with beneficials

what is rez temp? beneficial microbes/bacteria could be the answer. Are your roots getting slimey and/or brown?

anyone looked at CMH bulbs? I dont thinkt hey will run on a lumatek digital ballast though

I have done it both ways...either is fine. I had no issues at all with or without the cups.

with LST you can grow about anything just takes a little work to train them

I dont have any experience growing autos so I am not sure how different an auto will be.

I am growing in a BC Bloombox and need some suggestions/recommendations for short plants. Max height is about 36" I would really like to keep them around 30". I know I could top super crop and LST but I would prefer a plant that just stays short.

just put them in the rockwool and water...make sure to cover the hole you made to put the bean in with a small piece of rockwool....put them under the light and keep the rockwool moist...they pop up in a few days. No need to go through all the paper towel or other "fancy" complicated methods. KISS

Al B what seedbank/breeder would you recommend? I am looking to get some seeds soon. I used to have a mother sensi star that was awesome. I see Paradise has sensi star and I am looking to get a few others.

I pull loose pieces of the rapid rooter off and just cover hole. It varies on the seeds popping up but for the most part its 4-7 days until I see them unfold.
