Goten is right, that woudl be an advisable plan for the seedling. If you leave it and don't break it the plant will be fine, it will fatten up. It weak because it could snap if your not careful.

If yoru gonna clone with rockwool you need to put them in a humidity dome with temps between 72-78 degrees roughly (with a heating mat) and you need to give the clones fresh air every day. You can also clone with a DWC or Aeroponic cloner and those dont need a humidity dome just temerature...
