When you Germinate your seeds do you put them in the soil as SOON as they pop, or wait until they have a little more root on them, The reason I ask is I started about 20 seeds, they all Germinated but only half came out of the soil!:-( Never had this problem before but interested to see what...

Yes if you get them at that time you should be fine, as long as they are healthy to begin with..

Galice, I think if your plants are in the ground outside when you are gone give them a good watering before you leave on vacation, they will definitely be alright for 7 days

I cut all the branches off when I harvest, then cut the stock (close to ground) and throw it wherever away from the site, for males I rip them right out of the ground and bring them further away and throw them on the ground
