try doing it like two hours forward everyday, like if you but the light on at 8 a.m. put the lights on at 10 a.m. and the next day at 12, and slowly change the light cycle. Z

i would get another 2 for the 23 watt cfls, then when you go into flowering, you want to switch to the bulbs that produce 2700K
