That could be a number of things, including strain. I wouldnt say it's an error on your part, everything looked real nice at the end.

Try Espoma Flower tone or some high P bat guano (jamaican or indonesian). It doesnt get much simpler than that.

You dont need a dome for seedlings. Just be patient, 30 to 50% is fine. It'll be fine.
