No way in hell man it needs to be in the correct spectrum and I doubt that bulb would be anywhere near it, if you want LED buy anything with cree LEDs in it. If you need cheap I'd suggest a CFL I'm using one and they work for anyone that will tell you they don't but I will say they aren't brilliant.
