You have lighting issue, Your plant is reaching for light making it very tall and skinny. You need to have the CFL an inch or so off from the plants top. that things gonna be 9 foot and 4 nodes.. lol Put the light closer or get some bigger bulbs

If all you have is a 14 watt CFL your in trouble. You need alot of light, 10Times that amount for 1 plant my friend.

I mean it will work but with 2700K lights those are mainly for Budding/Flowering Not for overall growth. the 6500K are idealy for growing if you had 2 45 watt and like 4 other 23 watt 6500K bulbs for 4 weeks than added all those 2700 you would be able to produce almost 2-3 more oz off from your...

ACTUALLY, myfriend I wouldn't use bulbs that have reflectors on them. They have deal's on 23watters 4 for 6 bucks. Which is cheap as hell I would get 8 23watt 6500K and ATLEAST 300 Watts for 12 plants and thats a very low number of the 2700K bulbs.. Go with the Spirals bro.

You can grow 80 watts for Vegging but Your gonna need atleast double that for flowering to get some nice Juice bud
