they look to have some sort of deficency , i would flush them with fresh water and try to correct the problem. i dont know what they need maybe nothing . sometimes certain nutes get locked out because of buildup of high amounts of other nutes. that is why i would just start with just a flush...

hash is the trichomes off of the leaves , except fan leaves. find a way to gather it all up and you have hash . bubble bags or the gumby method are just a couple of methods of gathering the trichomes . do a search of this site and you will find tutorials on using these methods.

at 2 weeks from the flip all you should expect is to see the sex of the plant , that you have done . from the sounds of it your right on track, also are your seeds from a bag or did you order from a seed bank, i am guessing from a bag ?

from seed 6-8 weeks in veg state minimum and about 8- 14 weeks in flower depending on strain .to dry you need a couple of days for small buds and up to 3 weeks for large buds , and then the curing time - the longer the better. hope that helps.
