This Easyrider was seeded 5/27 and it's getting time to start setting up a room to dry.
Any suggestions or links for structure, temp, humidity, etc. I didn't have any luck w/ Search
Thanks
Ok, thanks.
The overwhelming consensus is grind
I understand the maximum surface area issue and it is logically correct. However, cooking fo 6-8-10-12 hours....I mean, how much more saturation can you get?
I just thought, given a choice, a whole mushed leaf will create less sediment getting...
That is the question.........
All the recipes for cannabutter say to grind the herb, to one degree or another
If it's gonna cook in butter for several hours, is it really necessary? I'm trying to avoid all the debris in the finished product, even after a fine sifting.
Also, please lemme know...
so...
the consensus seems to be it is not indicative of any specific strain
the possible causes could be genetics or cold weather (cool nights would be appreciated here in the midwest)
do I have that right?
I believe I read in one of the major treatises that as the plant ages into advanced flowering, photosynthesis becomes less a factor.
Is this true?
Thanks
I'm just guessing, but by that stage, the plant may not be reacting to light so much as producing an abundance of trichome to ward off the cold**
**I think I read that part here in one of the harvest guides
I was pinching off some damage on an autoflower and pinched out this little fellow, w/ the damage
we've been using a killer for stem boring worms and it did fix that problem, but either missed this plant or we need....what?
Thanks
I had a tall and scrawny lady while it was still indoors so I topped it. Now I have two 8 ft!! stems from the same stalk. Topping clearly didn't affect growth on this plant.
I tied each stem back, but oops......the Y in the stem has a bad split now. It's been like that for a week or so, but...
Something is burrowing into the stems, bulging them and leaving deposits
They have been getting dry sprayed with vegetable dust every few days, especially after rain, since they went outdoors
What can I use to stop future infestation?
Thanks
