Where do you measure the temps, at the canopy? Also, do you have a fan blowing directly at the plants?

I messed up many many times extending dark period during my current grow, the plants didnt seem to care much. I reckon you`re ok, extending the light period during flower would have been more problematic.

Before you watered? That soil looks moist. Do not overwater seedlings, it can spell disaster.

In the beginning they first need to establish root system so there may not be too much of visible growth, just let them be, as soon as they`re done below the surface they will explode with growth above it. Transplanting probably didint do them any favours but shouldnt be much of a harm either...

To stop soil drying too quickly you can make something like this: and it will also bring the humidity up. Keep those lights as close as possible to avoid stretching. Those babies are lookin good so far, have a nice grow!
