so your saying it puts out some sort a color that the plant absorbs and uses to grow the roots so they are a good base and resistant? so what is it about the light, the higher then kelvin the more of the spectrum it has? if i compared it to a litttle 5500 k cfl i would have a bigger plant but...

and i have one of those light bulbs but it doesnt say 6500 k on it some im guessing its just a fancy incendescent?

well its something to debate..or go out and buy one and try it. i have heard anything over 6500k start going into like bad teritory or something because of the bad harmful rays. keep posted

they were ecolux bulbs. the color rendering index was somewhere in between 93-96, i believe closest to 100 is better. anything else you would like to know...and since germination been underneith for 3-4 days and they arent as bigs as my little single one i have under the 5500k bulb... anyway...

statis check. not so good resolution pictures takin in and out of the sun..best it can be on little mini digicam that was 10$ that is slightly paler in the midlle

she has been in flower mode for about a week i belive...and each morning i wake up she is bigger but the growth on the shoots are mad pale yellow she look like she is having a hard time...the other one with the same details just not as old and less nodes lokos like it strectched and then stopped...

and its only 2 sets of eleven then they went back to 9 and they are still in 12/12 im seeing prgress and little things for and change, and i actually think i see a hair or 2 but it might be too early ill try to take new pictures soon. and c02 im actually going to make somke of that right now...

i can do that...im letting my medium dry out as well..she loves the sun light and flourishes still under cfls ...i actually put it there about 4 days ago and jsut made the room completely light proof as i think alittle of some light was coming in but not directly on the plants but you could...

well yeah thats true i have read about that...but the leaves are so small and takees them forever to get bigger..im seeing signs of a sex...i see like this little yellow raise on the sides of the plant...but its not in the middle and its not looking like balls its looking like a raise...weird im...

plant in preflowring, new leaves very skinny and long 11 blades on the top or at least 9 and two extra that go inwards sort of...very small. rest of shoots are nice 7 leaves but lacking luster and gurth. please let me know i posted this thread as something else but with less pictures..dont let...

lowes had 3000k, 4100 to 6500 so i picted up a 4100 and a 6500 for full spectrum, somewhere around 4100 lumens total output... and i believe its more in blue with these two bulbs. and the pet store does have alot fo cfls but they are around 15-20 each...i did come across this neat top for a fish...

30 dollars for the ballast 15 for the tubes bought at lowes
