    Kens GrandDaddy Purp seeds!

So I am thinking these are going to be the next seeds I grow but I had a question about the GDP....how sensitive are they to nutrients? And is the GDP a pure Indica? I need a good indica strain for my body pains

Yeah thanks man, really appreciate the heads up, if something had gone wrong with it I probably would've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what was wrong haha But yeah, the atami is some good stuff and is one of the few non H&G products that I will use....it smells horrible too...

I didn't have any problems with that configuration in my last run, but that is handy to know nonetheless....I will try feeding a plant or two with the lowered dose of shooting powder and bumping up the bloombtastic when I set the girls to flower in a few weeks and see if there is any difference...

For me, I use bloombtastic when I start using bud xl on the 10 week flower cycle. I use it for the duration of flower, but I run half strength bud xl and half strength bloombtastic to balance out the ppms. I still use the shooting powder at the recommended dosage and top booster as well. I think...

I have used top booster as well, it gives good results but you only use it for one week, so it depends on the flower time of whatever strain your growing....so for a 10-12 week flower I would go with the bloombtastic over the top booster, actually I would go with bloombtastic over top booster...

Bud XL for sure, shooting powder, and give the Atami Bloombtastic a try because it is phenomenal, especially when combined with bud xl.....those are the best blooming agents you can get, but I would highly suggest bud xl and bloombtastic for sure

The shooting powder is great stuff, you should also look into the atami bloombtastic to supplement it with....the atami is phenomenal stuff and I would highly recommend it

That was the exact same reaction I had hahaha I had always stuck with a normal feed cycle with H&G but I wanted to try an aggressive feed just once, don't think I'll be doing that again though haha I think the high ppms speak of the quality H&G brings to the table though, because ppms that high...

Oh jeez the last time I fed them with the aggressive feed, my ppms were at almost 2800 with great white mixed in...The aggressive feed is no joke haha...which is why I am amazed these girls took abuse like that for so long without problems

Still not sure, is this nute burn or defiency?

It was a case of nutrient burn coupled with a calcium/magnesium deficiency....I flushed the girls and started a treatment of calmag and they are already looking better...hopefully they continue to improve

Good advice, thanks guys. This is my first run doing an aggressive feed with H&G, I've always had great result using the regular strength regimen but I decided what the hell and went with something different this time...I'm actually amazed that these girls stood up to such a strong nute cycle...

Still not sure, is this nute burn or defiency?

Why do I want to NOT flush? I thought that was standard procedure for nutrient toxicity? If I add in superthrive, how long should I lay off nutes for and to what degree should I lay off nutes?

Still not sure, is this nute burn or defiency?

Gotcha, I'll flush again and back down on the ppms, I was planning on throwing them into flower this Sunday, should I wait another week to give things time to balance out?

Still not sure, is this nute burn or defiency?

I still can't figure out if this is being caused by nutrient burn or deficiency and it has started on every plant now, kind of annoying....I am growing in soil using entire house and garden line up and feeding them with the aggressive strength nutrient feed regimen and water is ph'd to around...

I have used nothing but H&G and the entire line up they offer is amazing. The root excel and amino treatment are simply amazing products and well worth their high cost and I have yet to see another product that offers similar results. The root excel combined with great white or orca gives out of...

Help me identify this problem quick!!!!

Well that's sort of a relief haha, so what should I do to treat these girls? Should I just resume my normal feeding cycle? I am using House and Garden nutrients ( the whole line up ) in soil and have been following an aggressive strength feeding pattern for the last 6 weeks

Help me identify this problem quick!!!!

I was thinking that it could be either a magnesium deficiency or manganese deficiency because of the discolored 'burn' on the tips and the spotting on the leaves

Help me identify this problem quick!!!!

I haven't fed them any nutes for about 5 days, but I do sometimes splash nutes during feeding but I always spray down the plants with ph'd water from a spray bottle after I'm done feeding to remove any spilled nutes, and these particular plants are in the front of the room so they aren't the...

Help me identify this problem quick!!!!

I can't figure out what is causing this discoloring on my girls....they started showing symptoms of what I thought was the beginning of nutrient burn a few days ago, so I gave them a flush about 36 hours ago ( I flush once a month so it was time for that anyways ) and the symptoms got...
