IMO thats enough light for 5 plants. No clue what the guy at the store was thinkin. im growing 6 right now under 1000w hps. one is 6' one is 4' and the others are 5'

Do you have a fan blowing directly on the plant? i had a similar problem, the fan seemed to dry out the leaves and stunt growth a bit.

No, none at all. they're perfectly fine. One is actualy growing a little too fast gonna have to LST.
