I'm close to 60 days and most of the plants look ready. Most of my leaves are starting to yellow and some of the buds on the Mango plants are starting to turn slightly purple. I harvested the top 2/3 of an HDF and got some real nice buds.

Yea. The plants seem to be doing fine so I'm not going to change anything. The roots don't seem to need as much room in hydro as with soil. With 6"*6" fence for support at the top, I don't think I need a bigger pot. Here are some pics at 2 weeks. Some nice little buds starting to show.

I have 1 gallon pots filled with nothing but hydroton. It let's me water several times a day without worrying about root rot.

I personally like to put them in pots, so I can move them around more easily. I use only hydroton, no rock wool or rapid rooter. I find that they absorb too much moisture and lead to root rot. With just hydroton I can flood every 2 hours, giving the plants plenty of nutes and oxygen. What do...

That's what I find also but I've read quite a number of people on here had a problem with nute burn following the schedule. My plants are pretty big and in 5 gallon pots so they can probably handle a little more. Always better to start out with less and feel out your plants.

If you don't veg for that long just switch the nutes to the flowering schedule when you switch the lights to 12/12 and then follow their schedule for next 8 weeks.
