I don't use one with my cloner, I find I get roots faster without the cloner. I don't know if it's a fact but I think keeping the dome off forces the root to grow and get some water. Here are some pics of mine.

If I lollipop the plants I don't do it till week three of flowering. Some folks may tell you not to do it, but I have never noticed even the slightest negative reaction.

Do you have any pics? Are you sure it's nute burn? How big are your plants? What kind of soil did you use? Is it possible it's a time release soil? I'm using Fox Farm right now and I add 4 tablespoons per gallon of Big Bloom. It's a very mild fertilizer.

Hot Shots no Pest Strips are mite killers. I wouldn't use them once you start to flower but before that they are a God send. If I bring any clones home, they sit in a room with Hot Shots for 5 days before they go near other plants.

The state here is getting $90 per medical marijuana license and all the sales taxes from the dispensaries. Now that they got a taste of that revenue they aren't going to reverse the laws anytime soon. I also don't see them going for full legalization, they like the license revenue too much.
