I would suggest a heavy flushing of your soil. Ph the water to 6.5 and flush with 2-3 times the volume of your soil eg. If you're growing in a 1gal pot use 2-3 gallons of ph'd water. This should help significantly.

I'm 99.9% sure that the wilt is due to overwatering. You will need a cycle timer and it will need to be programmed to be ON for 1 minute per every five minutes OFF(on 1- off 5). You can purchase pre-programmed one for around $20 off of eBay. Easy peasy bro!

Definitely needs water. Some people wait till the see they're plants begin to droop before watering. I say after you water lift your container to get a feel for the weight, then check the weight regularly to see if it needs water or not. still heavy is good but once it gets a lot lighter then water.

I agree with popcorn, use cal/mag and get a PH pen or worst case litmus paper. PH is more important than a lot of people think.
