Looks like you got some nute burn. What is your nute feeding schedule like? Also, I wouldn't cut your fan leaves if you don't have to. I believe Mr. Cervantes said using molasses makes buds swell by as much as 20% if I remember correctly. Patience is key here. Try to go at least 9 weeks...

Get a new pair of scissors and trim with the plant still alive in the pot, then make the final CHOP of the main stem. Makes it much easier to trim without having to hold individual stems.
