It would be ok for Veggin. Start with 1/4 strength per the bottle's instructions and slowly increase as long as the plant is not showing signs of nute burn. It might be too early to give em nutes yet. Maybe wait a few days, just MHO.

Temp is rarely over 85 where the plants are under the lights. The air moving around is around 70-75 at night it can get down in the 60s. I know it can't be a heat problem. I have a pH tester for water, but not for soil. And it is only happening on this plant (that I can see..) Why not the others?

Yea I was thinking that, not knowing what else it could be... I just watered last night. Should I flush it or just leave it alone until next watering?

The cord is from a work light clamp reflector found at Home Depot, Lowes ect. And the "Y" socket can be found at Wal-Mart, HD, and Lowes as well... $2-3

I noticed a few brown dots on a leaf or two on one of my plants. I checked out the plant porblems and cures sticky, but I can't identify what it could possibly be. Any ideas? Plant is app. 18 days old. Using CFL's. MG organic soil. I pH my water... No nutes... Here is a pic.

I am currently using the MG organic choice with perlite mixed it. At first I didn't have any perlite, and the soil had bad drainage. But I recently transplanted and now there is a good amount of perlite in the soil and they seem to be doing better.

I would say no because you cannot control the amount of nutes it is taking up. It's always good to be in control!
