^^^^ Agreed ^^^^ Only a serious solar system could get your off the grid with a grow room of any size. I mean think about it, you have a light on a minimum of 12 hours a day, a fans, pumps (if your hydro'n), heats/Air conditioners, humidifiers... the list goes on. All these things take power...

Thanks for the info, i am going to look into importing this coming week and I'll let you all know whats the outcome. I love the idea of a grow room thats big enough to have separate rooms, its like your grow op is contained in case you have to do an emergency tear down. and plus it comes...

awesome thank you for the reply. I was thinking that too, that i would be in a sense wasting my 1000 watter if i only used a 2x4 table... hmmmmm i guess my real question would be if i was to do a soil grow would that be better than using my 2x4? in terms of plants i would be able to grow...

i know my 1000 watt MH makes me see funny for almost a good 20 minutes after i step outside my grow op. has to be the same kind of issue, just intense light dilating your pules so much that you need to rest and let your eyes adjust naturally

Lizard: You can, but you will have better results if you use a MH for vegging and a HPS for flowering. If you have a HPS ( i only assume cause u asked this question), just go out and buy a conversion bulb thats MH and runs on a HPS ballast. there only $80 bucks at my local grow shop, saves you...
