There are a ton of options for feeding schedules. I alternate feed and flush weeks mostly, I'm not sure if it is the best way to go but it works for me. I am very scared of nute burn for some reason.

my veg cab has about 18, 26w 6500k cfls and 4 26w 2700k mixed in there somewhere. My flower cab has a 400w hps and a 400w mh(will be replaced by hps sometime)

I don't know about improving yield or THC but it does produce better tasting buds. So I guess the advantages are the flavor and the self righteousness :joint: Oh how I love that self righteousness :hump:

the afghani, purple indica and the blueberry I just posted are about 5 weeks from seed.

Thanks boss! I am so glad the friggin thing is finished.:hump: I currently have a hps on one side and an mh on the other, but they seem to be leaning towards the hps ALOT. So I guess the next purchase will be another hps bulb. I can't wait until I no longer have to buy pot.

the more the better, you don't want stretchy weak stems. Either use the MH or put your cfls right over top of your babies. and add an oscillating fan to help strengthen your stems even more.

IMO You are going to need more lights man. And they should be no further than 4 inches away from the tops to prevent excessive stretching.:joint:

My 26watters burn leaves pretty good. you could put them below the canopy, or use LEDs. training it would probably be easier.
