No idea, all i know is its allegedly 80w 2700k and 100L/W. Dont have a wall meter so I cant check actual draw. How do you measure umols, do you need some kind of meter?

Cheers for all the suggestions guys. Seems like 1 600w in his tents isn't enough but 2 is just making it too hot and it's giving him massive electricity bills which he can't afford. He pretty much has to work with what he has, 3 2x1m tents and 6 600w hps. Cheers!
