Hiya Currently sorting out an order from Kingbrite for a qb288 kit, i have the choice of B type driver with potentiometer or A type without (HLG-120H-56A/B) Considering that the A type is itself adjustable (49-58V/1.1-2.3A), im really wondering if i need the potentiometer? Cheers :)

Cheers RS, actually im a very small scale grower, will be using a 2 x 2 ft tent. So a one lamp set up. The kit with 301s is $7 more than 561 so its either or. Cheers!

Nah not every day but the time when i decided to skip checking was when the bucket dried up - bad timing! Lights on in a few hours...fingers crossed, its pretty gutting to think one mistake can kill a plant. Live and learn I guess.

Hiya As per title. Made the mistake of not checking for a day and when i did she was pretty wilted, bucket was empty and the roots ever so slightly damp. DIfficult to say how long the bucket had been empty, maybe 24 hours. 6 weeks into an 11 week flowering period. Im hopeful she will recover...

Thanks for replies. Im in central Europe, summers can get pretty warm, 35° isnt unusual. Looks like i need to find a new site, darn it!

Hiya I was out at a place in the woods where i was thinking about putting a few plants. Its very well hidden but directly south is a wall of trees that will block out 80% of direct sunlight. Maybe a few hours in the early morning if im lucky. So my question is, is it still worth doing? I dunno...

Well, i think i can safely say I have a happy plant. Ph Stable at around 650, added half strength Canna Boost today just cos it was expensive and im curious what it does. Only raised ppm by 50. Saw some bugs today, so it got a good dowsing in neem oil solution - really hope it works cos i cant...

Hellooo Im running a Nirvana Raspberry Cough in a single bucket DWC. Has a bunch of problems with it mostly related to nutes (too much mostly). Additives I have are Cannazyme, Rhizo, PK 13/14 and Boost. Some people said these arent all necessary. So im just wondering what from the Canna line...

Ha ha well I know Rhizo is supposed to help the roots but the other 2 i dont have a clue...i guess youre saying they're not needed? Ppm seems stable at 600 so i'll keep it there. Should i try raising it in a few days? Thanks again for all the help!

Cheers, that sounds like good advice! Somethink I still dont understand is how i can keep my ppm so low and still use additives? I have Rhizo, Cannazyme, PK13/14 and Boost...sticking at 800 or so doesnt give me any room at all to use these. I feel like i should be using them but if i do my ppm...

Great, Id already mixed up a 600ppm mix so i'll go with that and see if it drops again tomorrow...cheers man!
