Forgot to add this. Just because the ph of the tap water is off doesn't mean the soil is off too. If you have dolomite lime or oyster shells in the soil they help stabilize ph. After looking at your pics again i see the nute burn tips of the leaves too. I would just cut down on the feeding.

Hey man, I had the same thing happen with a couple of my plants and thought it was a ph issue, but now I'm pretty sure it was nute burn. Check out the pics on this thread and see if you think they're similar. I quit feeding for about a week and things seem to be getting better...

Just wanted to update on this issue. I think now there are 2 seperate problems. The leaf curling being one and the leaf lesions the other. I'm fairly confident that LiveVibe was right about the curling happening due to nute burn. I've cut out the nutes and they seem to be uncurling a little...

yeah, they're towards the bottom. And they're like this on 2 plants on the leaves on both sides.

I'm a noob, but I had some seeds a couple of years old and they germinated fine. Out of about 50, 40 of them sprouted and are still living. I germed in a wet paper towel and about 3 days later they were ready to be planted.
