2" sounds about right... if you have your jars already, just put the lids in the container so you can get a rough idea of how many will fit.. good luck

He means if you cultivate an unknown e.g something you don't want to grow like mold, it can contaminate your grow space and contaminate future grows

I reckon they would have a hard time picking up the prints at all... Especially if it's in the holidays when everyone is sending cards:grin::grin:
