Chunk of dark brown in roots. Root rot ?

The plant is pretty normal looking I just did an lst so she’s a bit bent but here’s a picture. I was thinking of cutting it out since it’s only the one spot. It’s really only there an inch of the root not in the net pot and not lower down.. it’s also my main tap root which worries me for...

    Yellowing leaf tips on seedlings.

No it’s more of a gum texture. I can’t get hydro its more of a dried gum texture I tried to separate it but it’s stuck together. I have some bennies so peroxide isn’t my first choice and hydro guard is really expensive here..

Chunk of dark brown in roots. Root rot ?

It’s pretty stuck together like gum almost. I didn’t touch it with my fingers but I tried to break it up with a chopstick but it doesn’t budge. I’d say chances of anything having gotten in there are very very low though. its also an “air root” if that could change anything. It’s in the 1” zone...

    Mutation after topping ?

I pinched the top off before the side nodes were even visible.. also the paper is a product my hydro shop sells that is made specifically for hydro to stop light from getting to the roots.

Any experience with Topping? It’s been 4 days now since and the new growth looks very strange to me. I topped at 1/2 Inch with no visible side nodes

    Mutation after topping ?

Has anyone ever seen new nodes come out like this after a top? I topped it 4 days ago long before the new nodes were visible at all. The node I pulled was 1/2 inch long. But now that they’ve finally started coming out they look so strange. Any opinions would be appreciated!

    Yellowing leaf tips on seedlings.

So here we are at week 3 veg I just did a water change, new growth color looks good except for one of the lower internodes that is a bit yellow. And the leaves are quite droopy. What do you think ? The 5th node is on its way out and I want to top it in a day or two.

    Yellowing leaf tips on seedlings.

Here’s some pictures from today. New growth looks nice. I’m wondering if I should be top feeding until roots hit Rez. Does it look under watered or over watered to you ?the first set of 3 blade leaves looks a little droopy. I’ve never had a plant take this long to show roots.

    Yellowing leaf tips on seedlings.

Alright well atleast I’m not too crazy for doing it this way. Thanks for the help. I’ll post an update in a week or so and we’ll see how she goes! I’m not running any kind of hydro guard yet. Do you run it full cycle or only later on?

Seedling Transplant to DWC: Tap Root or First True Leaves?

Honestly I just guess. The fact that we create such a moist humid environment in our buckets gives a pretty good buffer area. As long as your levels aren’t too high you’re probably ok, I’m no pro. This is just my way.

    Yellowing leaf tips on seedlings.

No still no roots through the pot I’ve always just relied on the air stones throwing up enough bubbles and moisture to keep them happy. My water level starts 2 inches under rock wool and I let the water and roots descend together. When doing my water change yesterday I did raise the level back...
